As a certified life coach, we help process and examine elements of the past and provide structure and support around an individual or couples recovery and healing. We specialize in betrayal trauma, trauma recovery, addiction recovery, and couples healing from sexual betrayal. We help reestablish honesty, identify and process trauma, speak truth and provide guidance around denial structures and core belief systems, and help provide security around betrayal behaviors in recovery.
We specialize in addiction, trauma recovery, and betrayal trauma recovery because it's the life we've lived. We understand that someone's experience, although helpful, doesn't always equate to qualification. We've devoted ourselves to the ongoing process of continuing education and becoming equipped in helping others find healing individually and in their marriage.

We have a testimony of childhood trauma, addiction, and sexual & emotional betrayal within our marriage. We've since devoted ourselves to combining our experiences with industry education to help support and advocate for individuals and couples in similar circumstances. We want to use our experience, our time, and our training, to help guide, support, and navigate recovery and healing for all those involved.
